Cancellation Policy

Online Vet Service Booking Policy Note that we are not aloud to write prescription medication, because of European law. 1. **Booking Process** - Clients are required to fill out a booking form upon scheduling a consultation. The form must include the following details: - Client's full name - Pet’s name - Animal type (e.g., dog, cat, rabbit, etc.) - Pet’s gender - Pet’s age - Pet’s breed - Consultations will only be confirmed once the form is fully completed and payment has been made. 2. **Rescheduling Policy** - Clients may reschedule or cancel their appointment up to 4 hours before the scheduled consultation. - To reschedule, clients must contact our office via email and provide their booking reference number. 3. **Cancellation and Refund Policy** - **No refunds** will be provided if the client cancels or reschedules within 4 hours of the scheduled consultation. - Failure to attend the consultation without proper notice will result in a forfeiture of the booking fee. - If clients cancel their appointment 4 hours before the consultation they are entitled of a refund. Due to technical solutions It can take up to 14 working days before you have your money refunded. 4. **Late or Missed Appointments** - If the client is more than 10 minutes late to the online consultation, the appointment may be canceled at the discretion of the vet, and the booking fee will be forfeited. By booking an appointment, clients agree to adhere to the above terms and conditions.
